Incident-Free Order Rate = (orders processed − distinct orders with reported incidents) ÷ orders processed. Order incident-free rate currently groups incidents by report date. Case incident-free rate matches incident order numbers against imported truck manifests, including incidents reported later. Case rates may change when new incidents are reported. Re-import truck PDFs in this version to capture per-order case quantities. Daily orders are saved on this device; incident counts come from Supabase when signed in.

Performance trend
Each point represents one day with sufficient data for the selected metric.
Operational definitions
Incident-free order rate = (orders processed − unique orders with reported incidents) ÷ orders processed. Incident reporting date is used until original order dates are available; inventory accuracy = accurate SKU counts ÷ SKU counts checked; delivery rate = on-time deliveries ÷ total deliveries; receiving accuracy = correct received lines ÷ received lines checked; picking productivity = lines picked ÷ picking labor hours. Case incident-free rate = (manifest cases − affected cases from incident reports matched by sales order) ÷ manifest cases. Incident quantities are assumed to represent cases, not individual units; overlapping reports may overstate affected quantities. Empty denominators are not scored.
Manual daily entry
Enter the number of orders processed that day. You only need a HandiFox PDF when investigating an incident. Do not enter an incident count here: the app reads distinct affected orders from Supabase when signed in. Existing fill-rate entries are retained but do not count as orders processed. Only one daily orders entry is allowed per date.
Import truck route manifests (PDF)
Select all truck manifests for one delivery date. Pick and Load copies are deduplicated by sales order number. Review the totals before saving Daily Entry.

Import Excel / QuickBooks / HandiFox exports
Export your report as CSV (Excel can save a sheet as CSV). This first version accepts daily summary reports or transaction-level CSVs using column mapping. No direct account connection is made.
Map source columns to warehouse fields. For transaction rows, numeric values are summed per day. For flags (correct/on-time), map a numeric 1/0 column. Map daily total orders to Orders processed. Do not import individual scan checkpoints as separate orders. Verify all totals before importing.

Saved records
Every entry is stored in this browser on this device. Keep a backup to avoid losing data.
Receiving Log
Warehouse staff record physical receipts. Only the manager should mark Entered HF in the deployed role-protected version.
Pending HandiFox Entry
Manager changes status to Entered HF after entering the invoice in HandiFox. Date and time are recorded automatically.
6 PM email report rule
Monday–Friday at 6:00 PM America/New_York; send only if invoices are pending. Not activated: automated email requires Supabase scheduling and an email service.
Employee Tasks
Assign cleaning, trash removal, returned-item organization and custom work. Tasks are stored locally in this preview, not sent to phones.
Task Board
Inventory catalog & cycle-count planner
Import an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV file using only SKU and Item Name (description). No quantity-on-hand column is required. Review missing or duplicate SKUs before scheduling. This local manager preview is not a secure employee portal. Quantity-based variance and inventory accuracy cannot be calculated until expected quantities are supplied separately.
Import exceptions (first 15; missing or duplicate SKUs)
Manager variance review
Manager-only visibility is not enforced in this browser-only prototype. Do not give employees this full HTML file: it contains the expected quantities in local browser storage. For shared secure employee access, migrate cycle counts to Supabase with role-based access and RLS.
Blind Cycle Counts
Warehouse employees see SKU and description; expected inventory quantities are not imported in this simplified version. This local preview captures physical counts; automated employee emails are not yet configured.
Count Assignments
Counting schedule
Counting assignments can be scheduled any day of the week. Employee count entry does not display expected HandiFox quantity. Variance review belongs in a manager-only screen in the Supabase version.
Delivery Incidents & Scan Evidence — Supabase
This embedded module uses the original Supabase-connected incident application and its existing tables. Sign in with your existing warehouse account. The other tabs in this preview currently store data only on this device.
If the embedded login does not respond, open the standalone Incident Report file provided alongside this dashboard. The two files use the same Supabase database, but the dashboard may not refresh incident counts until the embedded connection works.

Backup and restore
Download a JSON backup regularly. Restore replaces all records and settings in this browser.
Data privacy
This app runs locally and does not transmit data to a server. Browser storage can be cleared by browser settings or private browsing. Use a secure device and avoid importing unnecessary customer or employee personal information.
